Using CCleaner
CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) is a freeware system optimization and privacy tool. That removes unused and temporary files from your system - allowing Windows to run faster, more efficiently and giving you more hard disk space. The best part is that it's free.
Cleans the following:
1. Internet Explorer Cache, History, Cookies, Index.dat.
2. Recycle Bin, Temporary files and Log files.
3. Recently opened URLs and files.
4. Third-party application temp files and recent file lists (MRUs). Including: Firefox, Opera, Media Player, eMule, Kazaa, Google Toolbar, Netscape, Office XP, Nero, Adobe Acrobat, WinRAR, WinAce, WinZip and more.

Click the Download Now button
Depending on your browser type you'll be asked to choose a location for the download, choose your desktop for ease.
Go to the desktop and locate the file
Double left click to start the installation.
Click OK
Click Next
Click Agree to continue
Click Install
Once it's finished click Finish, locate the shortcut to the program on your desktop.
Double left click it to start using the program.
Click Run Cleaner You'll see the following warning.
Place a tick in the box and click OK
CCleaner will run, it shows how Mb of data it has removed, once it's complete click the cross to close the program.
