Cheats and Console Commands In Spore
Spore is a game that allows you to control the evolution of a species (that you design) from cellular organism to space exploration (and everything inbetween). There are quite a few console commands that you might find useful during your gameplay, especially early on in the game.
To bring up the console, use the Ctrl+Shift+C keyboard combination. Type in the desired command and press Enter. To close the console, click the X in the corner or press the Esc key.
Commands:
levels - unlock – This unlocks all stages of the game, allowing you to check out all stages of evolution for your species.
moreMoney – Gives you up to 1,000,000 monetary units (only in Civilization and Space stages).
freeCam – Toggles the Free Camera mode off and on.
capturePlanetGIF – Saves an animated GIF of your planet in the AnimatedAvatars directory.
toggleCaptureUI – Toggles the user interface in screenshots so you can get pics minus the UI.
refillMotives – Replenishes your health and hunger.
unlockSuperWeapons – Unlocks all of the mega weapons.
Change Spore’s look with the styleFilter:
styleFilter -filmNoir – black and white
styleFilter -oilPaint – oil painting
styleFilter -none – returns it to normal
Use setConsequenceTrait(trait name here) to set the trait for your species. Change trait name here to one of the following:

universeSimulatorPirateRaidPlunderFrequency(numeric value here) – set the rate that pirates steal spice from you by entering a numeric value.
universeSimulatorPirateRaidFrequency(numeric value here) – set the rate that pirates will raid by entering a numeric value.
help – lists all console commands. By typing help and then a command, you can get info on that specific command (for example help levels).
